Welcome to the LOOK Med Spa Referral Program!
We love it when you share your positive experiences at LOOK Med Spa. Our Referral Program is designed to reward both you, our valued client, and your friends for choosing LOOK for their aesthetic and wellness needs. By participating, both the referring client (the "Referrer") and the new client they refer (the "Referral") agree to the following important terms and conditions, ensuring a fair and clear process for everyone involved.
Eligibility & Reward Structure
To be eligible, the Referrer must be an existing client of LOOK – The Doctors Med Spa. The Referral must be a brand new client who has never received services at any LOOK location. Once your Referral completes their first paid appointment, the Referrer will receive a $50 LOOK credit. The Referral will enjoy 10% off their first service (please note, this excludes products, memberships, and packages).
Redemption Guidelines
The $50 credit for Referrers will be conveniently issued directly to your LOOK account, to be applied toward future services only. These credits hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be used for purchasing gift cards. For new clients, your 10% referral discount must be mentioned when you book your first appointment; it cannot be applied retroactively after the service.
Referral Limits & Program Integrity
There’s no limit to how many new clients you can refer and earn rewards for! However, only one referral reward can be earned per new client. In instances where the same person is referred by multiple clients, only the very first referral submitted will be honored. LOOK Management, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this program at any time without prior notice. Any misuse of the program, such as false or self-referrals, may lead to the loss of accumulated credits and future exclusion from the program.
