Many of our treatments are customized at the time of your visit & final service totals can vary based on your provider’s assessment. A flat fee ensures you always know exactly what to expect, regardless of how your treatment plan evolves.
Our same-day cancellation fees are as follows:
• Facials and brow services – $50
• Microneedling and energy-based treatments – $100
• Wellness and injectable appointments with our medical team – $100
Medication orders will be held for 3 days. After this time, payment will be processed, and your items will remain available for pickup at your convenience.
We always understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we truly appreciate as much notice as possible so we may offer your appointment time to another client.
